Links in emails and social media posts contain tracking information which allow us to track their usage, this allows us to assess the success of marketing and help us make improvements.

Third Party Service Providers
All data is kept strictly confidential on systems and servers which may rely on the processing of data through secure third-party providers. This data is restricted to our organisational access unless disclosure is required and permitted by law for the support of business operations including any process related to order processing and marketing; this includes:

Due to the nature of online data, some of this will be transferred to, stored or processed outside of the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, this may include the processing of transactional payment information or fraud protection. Data may be shared with or processed by staff of trusted agencies or organisations outside of the UK and EEA.
Our website may contain links to websites outside of our organisation or control, this privacy policy only pertains to the processing of information for Artleuk websites and does not cover other websites which will have their own privacy policies and notices. Artleuk accepts no responsibility or liability for the policies or actions of external websites linked to. It is best practice to check the privacy policy of these websites before agreeing to share data with them.
How will we share and disclose your personal information?
We may share your personal information with third parties where required by law, where it is necessary to administer the working relationship with you or where we have another lawful basis for doing so.
